The first requirement in making the bedroom visually relaxing is its color. One can choose between the range of warm and cool colors but never the bright ones. Explore among the pastel colors or the subtle hues of green for a more refreshing and relaxing feeling. The green palette would be a good choice for it usually removes the strain in the eyes especially to those exposed long on computer screens.

Then after selecting the color or theme of the room, supplement it with the proper lighting. Dim lights are more appropriately relaxing for the bedroom. Install dim lights especially for those on the bedside. Also, do not forget to put curtains or blinds on the bedroom’s windows especially if they are along or facing a road to avoid glare from the lights of passing vehicles. In doing this, color distractions are eliminated and thus leaving eyes easily prompted to relaxation and sleeping.
